Quiet Precision, Crafted Atmosphere

Located at Building 17, Columbia Circle, 1262 Yan’an West Road, Changning District, Shanghai, the new Rimadesio showroom spans over 400 m², offering an immersive setting for design professionals and enthusiasts to experience the brand’s distinctive minimalist identity.

The space presents a rich portfolio of Rimadesio systems and collections—including the Modulor wall systemSail and Velaria sliding doors, and walk-in wardrobe solutions such as SohoGraphis, and Cover—each demonstrating how refined Italian design translates seamlessly across residential, retail, and workplace environments.

In a showroom defined by disciplined lines and quiet ceilings, lighting must do more than illuminate. It must preserve visual calm, reveal material character, and support the architecture without becoming the focus. DuraGreen’s approach to miniaturised architectural lighting aligns naturally with this brief, using compact luminaires with precise beam control and low-glare optics to shape a refined, comfortable atmosphere.

At the entrance and circulation zones, EVOLINE Trimless 3-spot luminaires establish an understated rhythm of light that integrates cleanly into the ceiling plane while providing structured guidance through the space. In more intimate feature settings—around coffee tables and kitchen counters—SYSTEM 50 Micro Pinhole Downlights introduce delicate, “starlight-like” accents that bring focus to key surfaces and objects while maintaining visual comfort at close viewing distances.

To support the evolving nature of retail presentation, 48V Magnetic Spotlights provide a flexible layer that can be repositioned as displays and focal points shift over time. Throughout the showroom, SYSTEM 50 and Sytem 78 In-Out Spotlights add depth and definition across Rimadesio’s glass, metal, and timber finishes, sculpting light and shadow to emphasise profiles, edges, and craftsmanship without breaking the overall sense of restraint.

The result is a luxury atmosphere designed with precision and understatement—where light does not compete with the architecture, but quietly completes it.
