Nearly all of our products are CNC‑machined, and our team specialises in engineering entirely new luminaires in pure aluminium or solid brass. For technically demanding projects, our in‑house Bespoke Lab designs, prototypes, and builds fixtures to your exact specifications.

MOQ & Lead Time

• Recommended MOQ: 200 pieces for optimal cost and efficiency
• Typical lead time: 6–10 business weeks, depending on design complexity and order quantity

Pricing

Sample setup: £150 per sample, payable before sample production

For full commercial commissions where DuraGreen is specified for the complete lighting package, DuraGreen may, at its discretion:

• waive the recommended MOQ for bespoke fixtures; and
• waive the sample setup fee;

subject to overall project value, project scope, and written confirmation of appointment.

Typical Process

• Client specification – You share the required specifications and key performance targets.
• DuraGreen proposal – We prepare a detailed datasheet with renders for your review and approval.
• Sample stage – We produce and supply a physical sample in line with the approved datasheet.
• Production – Following your confirmation of the sample, we proceed to full production of the bespoke luminaire.
